Our approach
The developer of MieTsumi respects user privacy and does not collect information that the app does not need.
This policy explains how information is handled by the app, photo saving, in-app purchases, the support site, and support email.
1. Information collected by the app
MieTsumi does not send personal information or behavioral data from use of the app to the developer.
The app does not include:
- User accounts
- Advertising
- Behavioral analytics
- Analytics SDKs
- Custom usage-log transmission
- Automatic crash-report transmission
- Location data
- The microphone
- The camera
- Transmission of block models to an external server
2. Block data
Block arrangements, colors, and display settings created in the app are stored on the user’s device and are not sent to the developer or an external server.
The app does not currently synchronize creations through an account or cloud service. This policy will be updated if synchronization is added.
3. Photo library
When a Full Version user selects “Photo,” an image of the current 3D creation without the controls is saved to the device’s photo library.
Saving occurs only after an explicit action by the user.
Saved images are not sent to the developer or an external server.
4. In-app purchases
The Full Version uses Apple’s App Store system as a one-time in-app purchase.
Payment information is processed by Apple.
The developer does not receive credit card numbers or other payment details.
The app refers to purchase-status information provided by Apple to determine whether the Full Version is available.
The app does not use an independent server to manage purchase status or store its own local purchased flag.
5. Contact messages
When a user contacts the developer by email, information the user sends—including the sender’s email address, subject, message, and attachments—is delivered to the developer.
This information is used only to respond to the inquiry and investigate reported issues.
It is not provided to third parties without consent, except when required by law.
Information that is no longer needed for support or related records will be deleted at an appropriate time.
6. External pages and services
The app or support site may open an email app, the App Store, or an external web page.
Information handled by an external service is governed by that service’s privacy policy.
The developer does not add analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies to this support site. Information processed by the hosting provider is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
7. Use by children
MieTsumi can be used by children together with a parent or guardian.
The app does not provide a feature for entering or sending a child’s name, age, face photo, voice, or location.
Purchases and support inquiries should be handled by a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when app features, laws, or related services change.
Important changes will be announced by updating this page.
